"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Psalm 147:3

Dear Mom,

Today was a good day. After my 8am Bowling (which we left early from because the alleys were malfunctioning) and the usual chicken biscuit with my Big, I took a nap before my English class. Then after that, I met with a good friend in the Caf and she invited me over to her apartment for company while she did laundry. Of course I went and, with some good chit chat in between and a couple of episodes of Once Upon A Time, I got to see what her apartment looks like. Which is relevant because it’s most likely what mine will look like next year so I got an idea of where I might put some things, where I might need to put some things, etc. And it was nice to simply enjoy an afternoon over at an apartment just watching a good TV show (with which I promise I haven’t spent my time procrastinating lately).
And the episodes I just so happened to be on we’re some of the best I’ve seen so far. Many mother-daughter interactions though. For some odd reason I seem to be a bit more sensitive to those kinds of moments where mothers and daughters can repair relationships. I wonder why…
Anyway, so the evening was filled with worship, prayer, friendly fellowship and Bible study—four of my favorite things!
It was a very good day. I do have a couple of prayers for tomorrow though. But I know that, as with all things, God is in control and works things together for the good of those that love Him according to His perfect will—so I’m not worried!
Tonight as I praised, singing one of my favorites—“Revelation Song”—I could just see you at His feet singing at the top of your lungs, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty! Who was and is and is to come!” I can’t wait to join you at His feet where I can look up and see the love in His eyes!

Your daughter,
Hannah
